1.Walk for atleast 45 minutes a day.
2. Check your HbA1C every 6 months to check control of diabetes and change treatment accordingly.
3.Avoid curd in diet.Ofcourse avoid sugar loaded items.
4.Avoid Daytime sleep 💤 .
5. Try to maintain as small dose of medicine as possible Diabetes is lifestyle disorder need to control it by changing lifestyle.
